Richard Holster
Owner & President
Dick Holster has owned and managed rental property in Wausau since 1977 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from UW-LaCrosse. He also owned and operated Holster Construction for over 20-years, which was a light commercial construction company started in 1946 by his father, Robert Holster.
Tom Holster
Property Manager
Tom Holster is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin and is the property manager. Tom earned a Bacherlor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and was a combat medic in the Wisconsin National Guard from 1998-2004. Tom earned his MBA from the University of Arizona with a concentration in finance in 2006 and was a leasing agent for a commercial real estate developer (Shenkarow Realty Advisors) in Tucson, AZ from 2005-2008. He has been managing commercial and residential properties in Wausau since 2008 and also provides brokerage services for buyers and sellers.
Mike Holster
Maintenance Coordinator
Mike Holster completed the carpenter's apprenticeship program and worked for a large union contractor for several years before joining Holster Management. Mike can troubleshoot many plumbing, electrical, and HVAC problems and has completed a number of large and small rehab projects.
Dave Holster
Carpenter
Dave Holster earned an Associate's Degree in Residential Design from Northcentral Technical College and has worked on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
Luke Tatro
Carpenter
Luke Tatro is a Marine Corp veteran who completed tours of duty in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti and can speak a number of different languages. Luke is an experienced carpenter who can handle plumbing, HVAC, & carpentry projects and he has extensive experience in property rehab.
