Richard Holster
Owner & President
Dick Holster has owned and managed rental property in Wausau since 1977 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from UW-LaCrosse. He also owned and operated Holster Construction for over 20-years, which was a light commercial construction company started in 1946 by his father, Robert Holster.
Tom Holster
Property Manager
Tom Holster is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin and is the property manager. Tom earned a Bacherlor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and was a combat medic in the Wisconsin National Guard from 1998-2004. Tom earned his MBA from the University of Arizona with a concentration in finance in 2006 and was a leasing agent for a commercial real estate developer (Shenkarow Realty Advisors) in Tucson, AZ from 2005-2008. He has been managing commercial and residential properties in Wausau since 2008 and also provides brokerage services for buyers and sellers.
Doris Spooner
Accounting & Admin
Doris Spooner joined Holster Management in 2022 and handles many accounting and admin functions. Doris is also the executive director of Wausau Area Mobile Meals, a non-profit that is dedicated to serving the elderly, convalescing, and disabled members of the greater Wausau Area with hot, nutritious meals delivered right to their home.
Mike Holster
Carpenter
Mike Holster completed the carpenter's apprenticeship program and worked for a large union contractor for several years before joining Holster Management. Mike can troubleshoot many plumbing, electrical, and HVAC problems and has completed a number of large and small rehab projects.
Dave Holster
Carpenter
Dave Holster earned an Associate's Degree in Residential Design from Northcentral Technical College and has worked on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
Matt Glodowski
Electrician
Matt Glodowski has worked as an electrician for a few local companies and spent many years wiring cell phone towers up to 200' off the ground. Matt can also handle plumbing, HVAC, & carpentry projects and he has extensive experience in property rehab.
Henry Hoerning
Maintenance Technician
Henry Hoerning handles a variety of property maintenance functions including snow removal, lawn care, painting, demolition, and property rehab.
Jim Guarke
Laborer
Jim Guarke is a Vietnam Vet who has been working in the property management business for more than 40 years and specializes in unit turnover.
Laura Braumschrieber
Leasing & Cleaning
Laura Braumschrieber has owned and managed rental properties and has been working in the property management business for more than 30 years and specializes in cleaning and unit turnover.

Michelle Pregont is a meticulous cleaner and handles a variety of common area cleaning and apartment turnover cleaning.
